It’s Black Tie – dress up to the nines in whatever makes you feel FABULOUS!

The deadline is end of day Friday 3rd November to give our judges time to pick our WINNERS! If you application is submitted after midnight on 3rd November it may not be considered so make sure you get them in early!

Yes, an awards host and a live band. Check out our Tickets page to see what’s included in your evening!

We will pull together a shortlist of up to 4 people for each category and everyone who applied will be contacted with who made the shortlist. The shortlist will be announced immediately and the winners will be kept under wraps until the evening of the awards.

Tickets are very limited and will only be released for general sale after the shortlisted nominees and sponsors have secured their tickets. Tickets will be first allocated to sponsors and shortlisted nominees, followed by a release to anyone making an application, and finally general release. Preference at all times will be given to those buying tables of 10 over individual tickets, If you are interested in buying tickets, please contact us directly on awards@xeyexawards.co.uk.

You will receive a VAT invoice with payment details.

For every nominee that is shortlisted they have the option of discounted tickets for themselves and up to 3 additional guest tickets, subject to availability. On the nomination form you will be asked how many tickets you would want – this is so we can keep track of how many tickets each nominee may require – it will not affect your chances of winning or hold you accountable to buying that number of tickets if you are shortlisted.

Individuals or practices that are shortlisted for an award, have access to our “shortlisted awards rate”. For each shortlisted entry, a total of 4 tickets are available at £99+vat per ticket.

This limit may be increased after shortlisting is announced, this will depend on how many shortlisted entries use their full allocation of 4 tickets.

If you would like more than 4 tickets please make us aware on your application form.

The Eyecare Glasgow conference is running alongside the awards, and delegates with a valid conference and exhibition ticket can book a room at the conference for a discounted rate. Please visit https://eyecare.education/ for information on how to buy a conference pass and discounted hotel room.
